Job Location: Graha Handaya Unit R, S, T Jln. Raya Perjuangan No. 12 A Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat 11530 | Deadline: 31 Mei 2014

Responsibility

1. Prepares legal drafts
2. Review legal documents
3. Help giving advices to guide development of products, services and policies 4. Conduct legal research and prepare analyses
5. Summaries & reports as required to complete legal matter and project

6. Engage directly with politicians and policy makers
7. Represent Tokopedia meetings with government officials and elected members

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university with GPA > 3,00
2. Experience of minimum 1 year in legal position (fresh graduate are welcome)
3. Good communication, relationship, and negotiation skill
4. Familiar with policies and regulations governing license and permit programs
