Reporting and Tax Accountant
Job Location: Jakarta | Deadline: 21 Agustus 2014

Job Description

A Reporting and Tax Accountant is a main person who handled RUMA’s tax administration, transaction, and report to our stakeholder. This position is vital to safeguard RUMA’s compliance to good-corporate-governance.

Responsibility

1.     Routinely weekly and monthly collaborate the transaction records of Sales, Inventory and COGS with secondary records
2.     Entry data from Sales, Inventory and COGS to RUMA’s accounting system
3.     Scrupulously make sure the data from RUMA’s bank account match with RUMA system transaction records
4.     Calculate monthly sales report
5.     Reconcile monthly adjustment journals related to sales, inventory in accounting system
6.     Calculate, prepare and report Ruma’s monthly tax filings for PPN/VAT, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2), and other relevant taxes
7.     Deal with Directorate General of Taxes related to Company’s taxation
8.     Become the list tracking staff loans coordinator

Requirement

1.     Have passion to work in accounting, finance, or financial
2.     Had experience in accounting, finance or financial at least for three years
3.     Have a practical experience with account reconciliation
4.     Had experience in accounting, finance or financial at least for three years
5.     Graduated from top universities major in accounting or finance
6.     Very strong understanding and comfort with Excel (must know how to use VLOOKUP function at minimum)
